Project Manager:

Project managers are responsible for understanding the project deliverables and creating timelines for different individuals and groups involved in the project to make sure the project remains on track. They must be familiar with the goals of the project and the responsibilities of all involved parties.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Planning the work to be done, getting the necessary personnel, and assigning the right duties to the right people

- Hiring the right contractors and putting them on the right sites

- Coordinating tasks by different people on different sites to ensure uniformity upon project completion

- Ensuring timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties

- Working within the budget by adequately estimating the costs and cutting unnecessary expenses

- Procuring and allocating resources to ensure there is no shortage while avoiding any unnecessary delays caused by management decisions

- Effectively communicating with our clients and keeping them up-to-date on the status of their projects

Pay rate is negotiable based on experience.

Carpenter/Lead Carpenter:

We are looking for carpenters/lead carpenters to assist general contractors in their daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the field, and possess a keen eye for detail, experience in framing, finishing carpentry and close attention to safety regulations. They should also be a team player and able to communicate with customers effectively. We look forward to meeting people who want to join a growing company that has lots of room for advancement.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Estimate, plan and lead the installation of interior and exterior features of a structure

- Identify and work with other carpenters as needed

- Install wood siding

- Cut wood to specified dimensions and lengths

- Build shoe and window trim, door frames and casing, stair railings and stair treads, molding, cabinets and bookcases, exterior stairs, decks

- Fit and install doors and windows

- Paint interiors and exteriors

- Measure floor layouts accurately

- Ensure work is complete

Pay rate is negotiable based on experience.
